Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 dark chocolate squares (1 oz)
- ¾ tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Prepare your tray by lining it with baking paper.
- Peel and slice bananas in half, then cut each half lengthwise into quarters.
- In a small bowl, melt dark chocolate squares with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the banana slices generously.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each slice.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 1-2 hours until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, transfer to airtight containers for storage.
