Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet to about half an inch thick.
- Sprinkle blueberries, raspberries, and chopped walnuts generously over the top.
- Freeze for about three hours until solid.
- Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
