Instructions
- Prepare your cookie sheet by placing it in the freezer for about an hour.
- Rinse the blueberries under cool water and dry thoroughly.
- Line the chilled cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, spoon some Greek yogurt. Use a toothpick to dip each blueberry into the yogurt and place it on the prepared sheet.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until the yogurt is firm.
- Transfer the frozen blueberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
