- 6 tsp minced garlic
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Cut the skirt steak into manageable pieces and pat dry. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Steak: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear each side of the steak for about 2-3 minutes for medium-rare, then let rest.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In another skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and stir until golden brown. Remove from heat immediately.
- Serve: Slice the rested steak against the grain, drizzle the garlic butter sauce on top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
