- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey (for taco sauce)
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (for taco sauce)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for taco sauce)
- 6 soft taco tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika for the taco sauce.
- Warm tortillas and layer in beef mixture; drizzle with taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve immediately for maximum flavor.
