- 1 lb sirloin steak or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Lower heat to medium; stir in minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
- Add butter and garlic for the sauce in the same skillet; sauté briefly before adding heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and thickened; season as needed.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
