- 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
- 2/3 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup salted butter (slightly softened)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine softened butter, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with oat flour, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- For the streusel topping, combine brown sugar, almond flour, oat flour, and cinnamon with room temperature butter until crumbly.
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish and pour half the batter inside. Add half of the cinnamon filling and swirl gently. Repeat with remaining batter and filling.
- Bake for 25 minutes; then add streusel topping and bake for an additional 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
