  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 large pita bread
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Coat the flank steak evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference.
  5. Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  6. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt to make tzatziki sauce.
  7. Warm pita bread on the grill for a couple of minutes.
