- 4 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup dill (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tbsp grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, oregano, and pepper. Toss the cubed chicken until well-coated. Let marinate while you prepare the grill.
- Prepare the grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F) after cleaning and oiling the grates.
- Make the yogurt sauce: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and salt together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Skewer the chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers for easy grilling.
- Grill: Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
