- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a lighter option)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by patting dry the salmon fillets and brushing both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill until smooth.
- Marinate the salmon in half of the mustard sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes before flipping. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until done.
- Drizzle with remaining mustard sauce and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
