Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate sirloin steak cubes in olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Toss shrimp in olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  3. For the garlic butter sauce, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Alternate threading marinated steak cubes and seasoned shrimp onto skewers.
