Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate sirloin steak cubes in olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss shrimp in olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside.
- For the garlic butter sauce, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
- Alternate threading marinated steak cubes and seasoned shrimp onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill each skewer for about 3-4 minutes on each side until steak reaches desired doneness and shrimp are pink.
- Drizzle garlic butter sauce over skewers before serving.
