Instructions

- Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, salt, and pepper; grill for 2-3 minutes per side until tender.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat; cook the seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble your bowl by layering rice or mashed potatoes at the base, followed by grilled zucchini and sliced steak. Drizzle with creamy sauce.
