- 10.5 oz condensed cheddar soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced onions and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in condensed cheddar soup, chicken broth, and half-and-half; stir well.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables and bring to a boil.
- Cut biscuit dough into six pieces each; add to the boiling mixture.
- Cover pot, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
