- Fresh chilies, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar; simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the beef mixture over steamed rice, topped with sliced scallions, chilies, and a fried egg.
