- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add granulated sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; gently fold until no large lumps remain.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
