Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Sear fillets, flesh side down, for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle glaze over salmon before serving.
