- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh veggies, crackers, or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the sour cream until well combined.
- Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; stir until incorporated.
- Fold in hot honey and chopped green onions along with garlic powder, salt, black pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with extra green onions.
- Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
