Instructions

- Add carrot sticks to the simmering mixture, stirring gently to coat them.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the carrots and liquid into an airtight jar or container, ensuring the carrots are submerged.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
