Ingredients
- 16 ounces smoked gouda cheese (shredded)
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound cooked chicken bacon (chopped)
- 3 scallions (chopped)
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, microwave cream cheese for 30 seconds until softened. Mix in mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Reserve some gouda, bacon, and scallions for topping. Stir in the remaining ingredients and season with black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish, top with reserved gouda and bacon, and bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with reserved scallions and serve hot.
