- 1 teaspoon raspberry jam (or any preferred flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and sugar.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in vanilla and almond extracts until just combined.
- Take about a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, place a spoonful of raspberry jam in the center, and fold the edges to encase the jam.
- Form small crumbles with remaining dough and sprinkle on top of each cookie.
- Place cookies on a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
