Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a grill pan over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- While the chicken cooks, prepare grains according to package instructions and chop veggies.
- Assemble bowls by placing cooked grains at the bottom, then layering corn, black beans, tomatoes, onion, greens, and sliced chicken.
- Drizzle with a mixture of ranch dressing and BBQ sauce before serving.
