  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on the rolls, followed by chicken, turkey pepperoni, and turkey slices. Replace the tops and slice through for easy serving.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. While baking, prepare a salad with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini peppers, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
