Instructions
- Pat steaks dry, season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side until medium-rare.
- Add butter, smashed garlic, and herbs to the skillet; spoon melted butter over steaks for added flavor.
- Let steaks rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in cream and Parmesan; simmer until combined.
- Serve sliced steak topped with creamy garlic sauce.
