- 1 ripe avocado (halved and seeded)
- 2 small eggs
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Halve the avocado and remove the seed. Scoop out a bit of flesh from each half to create space for the egg.
- Season each hollowed avocado half with salt and pepper. Gently crack an egg into each half.
- Place the stuffed avocados in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes for your preferred yolk consistency.
- Once cooked, garnish with additional salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if desired. Serve warm.
