Ingredients
- 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 10 pieces Beef Bacon
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
- Season each chicken thigh with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; wrap each with two pieces of beef bacon.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in the hot skillet with bacon seams facing down; sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Switch on the broiler and broil for an additional few minutes until the bacon crisps up.
- Remove chicken from skillet, drain excess grease, and set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium heat, add butter and minced garlic; sauté for about a minute.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream; simmer until thickened, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, generously top with cheese sauce, and serve warm.
