  • 10 pieces Beef Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
  3. Season each chicken thigh with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; wrap each with two pieces of beef bacon.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in the hot skillet with bacon seams facing down; sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Switch on the broiler and broil for an additional few minutes until the bacon crisps up.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet, drain excess grease, and set aside.
  8. In the same skillet over medium heat, add butter and minced garlic; sauté for about a minute.
  9. Stir in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream; simmer until thickened, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  10. Return chicken to the skillet, generously top with cheese sauce, and serve warm.
