  • 4 Boneless beef Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 1/2 cups Chopped Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef chops with salt and pepper and sear until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add chopped cabbage. Sauté until softened, around 5 minutes. Remove cabbage from skillet.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet; add onions and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Mix in parmesan cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Return cabbage and beef to the skillet; toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with remaining bacon before serving.
