Ingredients
- 4 Boneless beef Chops
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 cups Chopped Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic

- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add chopped cabbage. Sauté until softened, around 5 minutes. Remove cabbage from skillet.
- Melt butter in the skillet; add onions and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Mix in parmesan cheese and half of the crumbled bacon. Return cabbage and beef to the skillet; toss to coat.
- Garnish with remaining bacon before serving.
