- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 9 slices sugar-free Deli Chicken
- 4 pieces Swiss Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in short bursts until well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese mixture with xanthan gum, almond flour, baking powder, egg, and Swerve brown sugar substitute to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into nine equal portions and shape them into slider buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown; allow to cool slightly before slicing.
- Layer each bun half with deli chicken and Swiss cheese before returning to the oven until the cheese melts.
