- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1/3 cup whole black olives
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Prepare the cucumber by slicing it into thick rounds.
- Layer each cucumber slice with mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella.
- Top with a basil leaf for added flavor.
- Place a tomato slice on top for freshness.
- To create spiders, cut one black olive in half and place it on the tomato slice for the body.
- Slice additional olives into quarters and arrange them as legs on either side of the body.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
