- 12 Green Olives
- 2/3 cup Pub Cheese Spread
- 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together until smooth.
- Combine melted cheeses with almond flour, egg, garlic powder, baking powder, and mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small portions and press into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once cooled, pipe pub cheese on top and place an olive in the center of each ball.
