Instructions

- Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 1-2 minutes until golden brown; flip and sear for another minute.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet, and cook until chicken is fully cooked through.
- Remove lid, add butter to the skillet, and spoon it over the chicken for extra moisture and richness.
