Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
- 2 tbsp Swerve granulated sugar substitute (for topping)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all donut ingredients until well blended.
- Grease a donut pan and fill each section with batter.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, mix topping ingredients in a bowl.
- Once cooled, brush donuts with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
