Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp melted Lily Baking Chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Swerve powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and Swerve powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour mixture into the lined pan, spreading evenly.
- Drizzle melted Lily baking chips over the top and swirl with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries and walnuts on top.
- Freeze for at least three hours or until set.
- Cut into pieces and serve straight from the freezer.
