- 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 5 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, Swerve, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon juice, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
