- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 5 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 3 large Strawberries (chopped and then pureed)
- 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, eggs, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour about one-fifth of the mixture into the heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat for all five chaffles.
- Once cooked, slice chaffles into triangular chips.
- For the dip, blend softened cream cheese, pureed strawberries, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Serve chaffle chips on a platter with the dip on the side.
