  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute

  • 3 large Strawberries (chopped and then pureed)
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, eggs, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour about one-fifth of the mixture into the heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat for all five chaffles.
  4. Once cooked, slice chaffles into triangular chips.
  5. For the dip, blend softened cream cheese, pureed strawberries, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  6. Serve chaffle chips on a platter with the dip on the side.
