- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp Sriracha or gochujang
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in Korean BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour (overnight recommended).
- Slice green onions and chop cilantro while the steak marinates.
- Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Rest the cooked steak briefly before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm tortillas on a skillet until slightly charred.
- Assemble tacos by layering sliced steak, kimchi, green onions, cilantro, and Sriracha or gochujang.
