- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Optional: 1/8 tsp xanthan gum for thickening
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and sauté until browned.
- Add bell pepper and asparagus; cook until crisp-tender.
- Stir in garlic, liquid aminos, lemon juice, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
- If desired, sprinkle in xanthan gum and stir to thicken.
