- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped broccoli, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until bright green and slightly tender.
- Add water and cover the skillet to steam for about 3 minutes; then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Mix in cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
