- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with Swerve confectioner’s sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, vanilla, and strawberry jello until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries for added freshness.
- Layer the fluff into a serving dish or individual cups.
- For the crumb topping, combine almond flour, Swerve brown sugar substitute, pecans, and melted butter until mixed.
- Sprinkle crumb topping over the fluff just before serving.
