Ingredients
- 3 ounces Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar Substitute
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3/4 cup Boiling Water
- 1 cup Ice Water
Instructions
- Dissolve the Jello powder in boiling water, stirring until fully mixed.
- Prepare ice water by filling a measuring cup with ice and adding enough water to fill it.
- Once ice melts, add ice water to the dissolved Jello and stir continuously.
- In another bowl, whip together heavy cream and powdered sugar substitute until stiff peaks form; then mix in softened cream cheese.
- Gently fold the whipped mixture into the Jello until combined.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight for best results before serving.
