Instructions
- Cook the chicken filet by grilling, baking, or pan-frying until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (about 6-8 minutes per side).
- While the chicken is cooking, spoon ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and layer it over the cottage cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese on top and enjoy immediately!
