Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Set to 380°F (190°C) and preheat air fryer.
- Place marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving alongside lemon wedges.
