- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices turkey bacon or crispy coconut bacon for a vegan option
- 6 slider buns
- 1 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Brush the cooked chicken with the glaze and bake for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; drain excess grease.
- Slice baked chicken into thin pieces.
- Assemble sliders by layering arugula, chicken slices, and bacon on each bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
