Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing.
