Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm pita wedges on a baking tray for about 5 minutes.
- Place hummus and tzatziki in small serving bowls.
- Arrange roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese around the dips on a large platter.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the arrangement for added flavor.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with warm pita wedges.
