  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and mince red onion; squeeze excess moisture from thawed spinach.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with chopped veggies, feta, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into five patties.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
