- 19 oz. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 oz. frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 5 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl.
- Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and mince red onion; squeeze excess moisture from thawed spinach.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with chopped veggies, feta, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into five patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve on buns with yogurt sauce and sliced cucumber.
