- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound each chicken breast to about ¾ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts thoroughly.
- Place in a greased baking dish and optionally sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
