Ingredients
- 5.1 oz vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3 large bananas (thinly sliced)
- 1 box Nilla Wafer cookies
- Additional bananas for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla instant pudding and cold milk until thickened.
- Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip.
- In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer Nilla Wafer cookies to form the base.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture over bananas; spread evenly.
- Repeat layers with remaining cookies, bananas, and pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip for a beautiful finish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight to set.
