Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups quick-cooking oats
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar, butter, and whole milk. Stir until boiling and let it boil for exactly 60 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in cookie butter and vanilla extract until melted and smooth. Mix in quick-cooking oats thoroughly.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheets and shape if desired.
- Allow cookies to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until hardened.
