- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend the base: Combine pecans, soaked dates, coconut sugar, sea salt, vanilla, and cinnamon in a food processor. Pulse until sticky dough forms.
- Shape the bites: Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and slightly flatten them on a lined cookie sheet. Freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Coat with chocolate: Melt chocolate chips until smooth. Dip each chilled bite in chocolate and return to the sheet. Top with a whole pecan and freeze until hardened.
