  • 34 cups powdered sugar, sifted (for buttercream)
  • 34 tablespoons peach puree (for buttercream)
  • 12 tablespoons sparkling grape juice (for buttercream)
  • Pinch of salt (for buttercream)
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish
  • Candied peach or cherry (optional)
  • Sparkling sugar or granulated sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in sparkling grape juice, milk, vanilla extract, and peach puree.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before frosting with peach buttercream made by creaming butter with powdered sugar and adding peach puree.
